Celeste sought refuge from the rain in a bar whose location she picked from the brain of another, and sat quietly at a table in the back, watching the people around her.
She ordered a beer in a quiet voice and then continued to watch. A woman, possibly the bar owner was onstage, singing, and Celeste started at her dress, imagining how it was made and noting a few things done to perfection that accentuated the woman's small waist and pretty skin.

Rayne's night had been very up and down, to start shed had to go out and get her own supplies because of the order interupting her supply runners. Shed had a good feed though having found a couple in an alleyway kissing each other she had fed from them both and left them there.
Arriving at the Rest after a few hours and now she was organising crates, she would normally maybe have a sing about now but she had decided to let someone else have a go tonight, she wished she could be up there but everything was so upside down right now. she was short of staff and yet her income had cut down because of the orders intruding on her business and her life. Things in short were not going good.

Celeste finished her beer and inquired to whom the owner was, curious about several things, noticing things were shortstaffed and thinking of offering her services until the place had a better amount of people coming around.

Rayne heard celeste asking about who owned the bar and walked towards her, she sat down on a bar stool and poured herself a glass of red wine.

"Yes," Celeste answered. "I was just inquiring as to talk to you about a job. I'm not asking for compensation. I just need to get some stability here and in meeting the locals, that will help. You seem a bit short staffed if I'm not mistaken."
She smiled just a bit. Her voice was soft, but determined, almost not hopeful enough.

Rayne found it hard to trust people, anyone really especially people who claimed they wanted somethign for nothing, she didint need people trying to steal from her or take over.

Rayne shook her head, she didint believe it, she couldnt see anyone wanting to work here for free, why bother?

Rayne eyes the girls hand suspiciously and then shook it gently before letting go, she felt kind of bad for this girl she seemed nice enough, but it was hard for her to trust someone strange.

"You're right, I don't have to work here to meet people. Here however, I'd meet people in a somewhat safer environment than on the street. This is an establishment that I would imagine wouldn't exactly open their doors to someone who might do harm to the other customers or the employees."
Celeste was slowly processing how to articulate this.
"I know that this sounds insane, trust me I do, but well, that's just kind of how my mind works."
Celeste withdrew her hand and placed it on her lap. This woman was obviously suspicious of her; that would make sense, who wouldn't be. Still, there were no alterior motives.

Rayne liked to run things properly, she didint just hire people, she was understaffed and was taking alot on herself it was hard work,she had little time to feed and things.

She wanted to know if celeste knew about the order or anything about her really, about anything really. it was a dangerous job working in this bar.
